Is this equipment new or used?

We sell both. Every product page clearly states whether the item is new or pre-owned, along with its condition and what's included.

What warranty do I get?

Every product includes a 6-month Geo Point Supply warranty covering defects and malfunctions during normal use. It doesn't cover drops, water damage or misuse. See our Warranty page.

Are you an authorized dealer?

No. Geo Point Supply is an independent retailer. Manufacturer warranties may not apply, which is why we provide our own 6-month warranty.

How much is shipping and how fast is it?

Shipping is free within the United States. Orders are dispatched within 0–1 business day and usually arrive within 2–4 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email.

What's your return policy?

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid label. See our Refund Policy.

Can software licenses be transferred?

It depends on the product and the software provider. If software or a subscription is included, the product page says so. Contact us before buying if you need details for a specific unit.

Is it legal to buy and fly these drones in the US?

The drone models we sell have FCC equipment authorization and can be sold in the US. As the pilot, you're responsible for following FAA rules, including registration and, for commercial work, Part 107 certification.
