What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Defects and malfunctions during normal household use, for 2 years from delivery. We repair or replace the appliance, or refund you if neither is possible. It doesn't cover drops, liquid damage or misuse. Full warranty
How is a large appliance delivered?
Refrigerators, ranges and dishwashers ship free by freight. The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window. Delivery is to the curb or first dry area; installation isn't included. Shipping & delivery
What should I measure before ordering?
Your installation space, doorways and hallways, plus the cutout dimensions and electrical or gas requirements listed on the product page. All dimensions are in inches.
Can I return it if it's not right?
Yes. Return any item within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. We arrange the pickup and refund you within 5 business days of receiving it. Return policy
Are you an authorized dealer?
No, we're an independent retailer. Manufacturer warranties may not apply, which is exactly why every order includes our own 2-year warranty.
