For FedEx Express Freight deliveries, FedEx contacts you to schedule a delivery window. Delivery is to the curb or first dry area unless stated otherwise; installation and haul-away are not included.
Before delivery day
- Measure doorways, hallways and the installation space
- Check the electrical outlet or gas connection required on the product page
- Make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery
On delivery day
Inspect the box and the appliance before signing. If there's damage, write it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at contact@geopointsupply.com with photos.
